Manhattanhenge on 42nd Street.  Manhattanhenge is a semiannual occurrence in which the setting sun aligns with the eastÐwest streets of the main street grid in the borough of Manhattan.

Manhattanhenge is back!
Twice a year, the sun aligns perfectly with Manhattan's east-west cross streets, creating breathtaking vistas. That’s set to happen again on Tuesday night at 8:17 p.m.
